Khenalu Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you order, so here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy.

1. Swimwear – Size Exchanges Only

All swimwear sales are final due to health and hygiene reasons. However, we understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky!

  • Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a size exchange.
  • Notification Period: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a size exchange.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size you need is sold out, we’ll issue a store credit for the item’s value (excluding shipping).
  • Final Sale: We do not offer refunds for swimwear — only size exchanges or store credit.

2. Clothing & Other Accessories

  • Exchange Window: Clothing and other accessories may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Notification Period: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request your exchange.
  • Final Sale: We do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges or store credit.

3. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges (All Items)

These conditions apply to all eligible exchanges and returns:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit: All approved returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit once we’ve received and inspected the item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (oops — that’s on us!), please reach out right away.

  • Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: Once confirmed, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit for the amount paid.

5. Sizing Help

We want you to find your perfect fit the first time!
Before purchasing, please check our Size Guide located on each product page for detailed measurements. You can always reach out to us if you’re unsure about your size — we’re happy to help!

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
